Sawyer is LOVING his new Learning Tower, our best yard sale find yet! I had been eyeing these learning towers up online for some time, but could never afford one. They have sturdy adjustable platforms with four containing sides that allow little ones to help or play more safely at the kitchen counter. Imagine my shock and delight when I came across one for $10 (!!!) at a yard sale! She had it marked $20, and I would have gladly paid that. But I literally only had $10 in my pocket, so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. And it sure didn't, because she said "SURE!" I was beyond thrilled and as you can see from the photos above of him helping make his "circle lunch" yesterday, so is Sawyer. By the way, I was also BEYOND THRILLED when Sawyer excitedly called me over to show me his "pig" he created by strategically (or maybe accidentally) biting away at his PB&J. How creative and cute is THAT?!

Learning Towers and Circle Sandwiches

I want one for my kids. I am stopped by two things the price and it looks like it takes up a lot of room.
ReplyDeleteAlthough it is WONDERFUL, I definitely wouldn't have the means to pay full price. It does take up some space, but Sawyer keeps it in his play room (just off the kitchen) and uses it for puppet shows, too (his idea)!
